The first day of trek start from 8 o'clock the pick come to pick up from the Hostel to Mountain village called Omu village and chill around the village Learn the way living  of Shan Ethic group, cultures,History, And then continue to subway to jungle ,Bamboo forests, corn fields, some agricultural farms, tea plantations, after walking through such a beautiful way arrive Pankham village ,Have lunch at that village with the local delicious traditional meals, visit some local house, learn how Palaung tribe make Tea, Learn the process of tea , learn cultures ethic ,History, the way of thinking,Chill around the beautiful village, Abd continue to other Palaung village called HtanSant village, Walk through pine plantations amazing mountains view, beautiful landscapes, Enjoy the sun set view, and the whole view of HtanSant village in the middle of tea plantations and 10 minutes walk to the village, Stay one night in that village, the next day continue to another village about one hour and Half walk through small jungle, zigzag way of tea plantations, Greenland, Arrive in MamHtan,  village hire  a porter good for local to get some job with tourism we have to walk through bamboo forests and beautiful landscapes about 2 hours    and the porter have toc bring some stuff to cook near the river and we have to leave some stuff what don't use   at the beautiful  waterfall, fresh river good for swimming and diving, collect some on the way to cook for lunch , with bamboo pot,  cook and  and drink   with bamboo pot, After have fun  with jungle life , Relax with waterfall and river , After having lunch delicious meals, Have some break relaxing with nature, Back to the village, about 2 hour and stay second night in the home stay at the village and the next day continue to another beautiful bamboo  forests about 2 hours and half arrive at Pain pywe village where  more Palaung  people in the villages and Shan Ethics group living together and continue to subway about 2 hour and half with beautiful landscapes arrive and MyanPyat village and continue continue walk 10 minutes arrive at Narmom village have lunch at the village some break and some fruits ,Walk  down about one hour to   warm springs to relax whole 
body after the trek and the car pick up from the warm springs and  drive back to Hsipaw . ..
